Booking Procedure
After we have received your acceptance of the itinerary, price, and payment procedure, we will make necessary arrangements that normally take about two working days (Except the special holidays). We will then send to you the confirmation or the availability of the services that you want us to make arrangements.
Tour Cost and Services
All tour costs are quoted net in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. Include in the tour prices are transfers & sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicle, accommodation (Twin-shared basis), all meals as mentioned in each itinerary, accompanied by English-speaking throughout guide, entrance fees, domestic airfares and services as shown in each itinerary. Not included in the tour prices are international air tickets, visa fees, airport tax, all insurance, other tours & meals than mentioned in the program and expenditure of personal nature such as drinks, souvenirs, gratuity, laundry, phone, fax and e-mails etc… .
Payment Procedure
In order to secure the services, advance payment 30% of total tour cost is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of itinerary when all hotels, transportation, guide and tours are confirmed. This payment can be made into the bank account stated below.
The balance payment can be made into same bank account three weeks before arrival in Myanmar or cash in US dollar on arrival day.

Cancellation
Cancellation fees of booking are not levied for us but for all local suppliers as hotel, carrier and other contractors. In these cases, the client shall be liable to pay the following cancellation fees.

Prices and surcharge policy
After we have confirmed your booking by issuing our ‘confirmation invoice’ i.e. the prices for the arrangements in Myanmar, you will be fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. However, the company reserves the right to alter the price if the company need to do so to reflect the changes in factors relating to the increases in transportation costs such as fuel surcharges for domestic flights, sightseeing/transfer cars, and sightseeing/transfer boats that are beyond the company’s control. However, the company will make fullest endeavor to keep up the original arrangements as agreed upon to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the client.
Complaints Procedure
If the client has a problem during the tour, please inform your tour leader or our local representative or local guide immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If the client’s complaint cannot be completely resolved locally, the client must wire to Myanmar Damsel Travel and Tour Yangon office within 30-days of the end of the tour.
Special requests
All the special requirements that the client may need during the tour must be advised in writing to the company when the client make a booking. The company will attempt to provide the client’s special requirements, however, these cannot always be provided.
Force Majeure
Compensation payments do not apply, where performance is prevented by risk of war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems, with transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellations or changes of schedules by scheduled airlines and similar events beyond ” Myanmar Damsel Travels and Tours “ control.
Responsibility
“Myanmar Damsel Travels and Tours “ reserves the right to substitute hotel and means of transportation of the tour if such changes as may be necessary due to circumstances.
“Myanmar Damsel Travels and Tours “ acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, boat, plane or any other means of transport.
“Myanmar Damsel Travels and Tours ” will not be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour or otherwise. The acceptance of the initial service to be provided under the tour shall be considered an acceptance by the tour member of these conditions.
Optional activities
Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the trip or this contract. You accept that any assistance given by your tour leader or local representative in arranging optional activities does not render us liable for them.
After departure
We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you. Myanmar Traveler is not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itinerary such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.
Amendments
If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 60 days prior to the proposed departure date. A fee per person per change will apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines). If you notify us less than 60 days prior to the proposed departure date the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply. Amendments to any other arrangements made in conjunction with your trip will also incur an administration fee per booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines. No amendments are permitted to your booking within 10 days of departure.
