Kyauk Gu U Min Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, explore by e-bike to Kyauk Gu U Min, a spectacular cave temple with notable sandstone carvings and a colossal Buddha image, located on the bank of the Ayeyarwaddy River. Cycle in a northeasterly direction with first a stop at Mani Sithu Central Market, Nyaung Oo. Especially early morning there is plenty of activity at this local fresh market.

And then, cross through Nyaung Oo town itself and follow the main road out until a point where we go left on a dirt road to reach Kyauk Gu U Min shortly after. (Total cycling time is approx. 1 hour) Descend a long staircase down to the entrance of the cave. Take some time to observe the interesting cave temple with a number of separate small chambers founded by King Narapathi Sithu. Afterward, return to Bagan. (10-15 km cycling to the northeast of Bagan). Transfer to your hotel.
