Upon arrival, Myanmar Damsel tour guide welcomes you at Yangon international airport and offered you any assistance needed before leaving the Arrivals terminal. After refreshment at the hotel, starts an orientation tour of downtown Yangon. You will drive through Yangon’s busy roads and take a glimpse of the hustle downtown, Mahabandoola Park, Town Hall and there is a mixture of churches, mosques, Pagoda and magnificent colonial buildings of the high court, telegraphic office, Economic Bank, The office of Inland Water Transport, Myanmar Port Authority and the Custom House. This introductory drive will end with a stop near Sule Pagoda – dating back over 2,000 years ago, for brief photo taking. Next, visit Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market), a pleasant covered market containing crafts from all corners of Myanmar, gems, fabrics, and more. (The market is closed on Mondays and public holidays). Finally, visit Shwedagon Pagoda, the finest of Yangon and perhaps the most stunning religious edifice in the world. Take your time to enjoy seeing this impressive feature and watching local people. Stroll on its platform surrounded by a set of smaller temples, shrines, and pavilions, and observe numerous shops along the stairways selling various colorful items, flowers, and books. As the sun sets, the reddish-golden rays of Shwedagon reflect on everything around and turning into a magical arena. Great photo time & a moment to take away with you. Transfer to your hotel. After breakfast at your hotel, head to Kyaikhto, 121 miles, and a 4-hours’ drive away from Yangon. On the way, visit Htaukkyant War Cemetery, Kyakhat wine monastery, Local market, Shwemawdaw Pagoda. After that continue to drive to the base camp of Golden Rock, Kyaikhtiyo. On arrival, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, proceed from the base camp to the top of the hill of Golden Rock Pagoda by open truck along the steep twisting concrete path through the bamboo forest.
Arrive at Golden rock slowly and take a photo and video camera. The Golden Rock is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in Myanmar. Perched on the edge of a sheer cliff is a giant golden boulder topped with a gleaming stupa. It is particularly stunning at sunset when a magical atmosphere suffuses the shrine. Overnight in Kyaikhtyio (Golden Rock).

For early risers, there will be an opportunity to experience the Golden Rock site around sunrise. After that, breakfast at your hotel. Then, down back from Golden Rock to base camp by mountain truck.
Upon arrival, drive back to Yangon (approx.: 4 hours) and visit the palace of Kambawzathadi, Kyaik Pun Buddha, four seated Buddha images, and Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha on the way. Overnight in Yangon.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Yangon Airport for a domestic flight to Heho (11:00-12:10). Upon arrival, proceed by car to Aye Thar Yar Vineyard (25 km, Approx. 45 minutes) for lunch and have a taste of wines. Afterward, continue the drive to Nyaung Shwe (30 km – Approx. 1 hour) – a gateway to Inle Lake, a freshwater lake in the heart of Shan Highlands. En-route stop at the Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery built entirely of teak.
Afterward, boarding the long tail boat and comfortable towards the lake and especially the lakeside village of Kyay Sar Kone to get the first approach to beauty. And then transfer to your hotel by long tail private boat. Overnight in Inle Lake.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the five-day rotation market (if it is taking place in Inle on that day), afterward, the boat takes you through a long channel and passing plenty of farms, local farmers, and boatmen. Then leading to the hidden Indein Pagoda Complex. Located on the shore of the lake, this site consists of hundreds of small stupas overgrown by moss and greens. Take a relaxing stroll through a bamboo forest! Awe inspiring and so photogenic and then continue on foot and past rice fields to the village of Sae Ma, stopping to explore the village and the local school. In the afternoon, meet the people in the village on the lake and travel to one of the monasteries to observe the monastic activities.
Finally, transfer to the picturesque floating village of Mine Thauk where you can take a canoe ride around floating gardens and Intha houses. Afterward, enjoy the sunset and take a leisurely walk along the wooden bridge. Return to hotel. Overnight in Inle.

After breakfast at Hotel, start an excursion by boat on Inle Lake admiring the view of famous leg-rowers, typical floating farms, and gardens, local methods of fishing, and village life. Don’t miss it; it’s a great photo time!
Finally, visit Phaungdawoo Pagoda which houses the five most revered Buddha Images in the southern Shan State and the weaving village of Inpawkhon village and Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery. Afterward, transfer to Airport (30 km, 1 hr) to take a short flight to Mandalay (16:20 – 17:05). Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel for check-in. Overnight in Mandalay.

Breakfast at Hotel. Morning excursion to the ancient capital of Amarapura, a royal capital founded before Mandalay. Firstly, visit Mahagandayon Monastery; every day at mid-morning, monks and novices line up to receive their daily offering of alms and food from faithful Buddhists. Then, proceed to the two-century Old U-Bein Teak Bridge on Taungtaman Lake. Take a leisurely walk over the bridge and enjoy the panoramic view of Taungthaman Lake and the surrounding. Next, shortly stop at weaving industries, a traditional silk & cotton weaving. Afterward, return to Mandalay and visit Mahamuni Paya, the most revered Buddha statue in entire Myanmar. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, visit Shwenandaw Kyaung (Golden Palace Monastery), a delicately carved wooden building, and Kuthodaw Pagoda (the world’s largest book), consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. Finally, visit Mandalay Hill at Sunset. Up on the hill, you find a scenic view of the city, the plains surrounding it, the Shan Mountain, as well as the Ayeyarwaddy River, especially great at sunset. Return to Mandalay and overnight in Mandalay.

After breakfast at the Hotel, the journey to Sagaing, the spiritual center of Myanmar. Hundreds of stupas, monasteries, temples, and nunneries are to be found in Sagaing Hill, sometimes known as a living Bagan. Thousands of monks and nuns retreat here for meditation and contemplation. Stop at some of the most famous temples, such as Tupayon Paya and Hsinmyashin Paya (the Pagoda of Many Elephants).
Afterward, proceed to Monywa pass through varied agricultural landscapes and villages. Visit Thanboddhay Pagoda, about 12km back toward Mandalay on the main highway, is a magnificent repository of more than half a million Buddhist images. The original pagoda is built in the year 1303 but its present form dates only from 1939. And, next visit Bodhitataung (1000 Banyan trees) Pagoda. A huge reclining Buddha statue, completed only in 1995, crowns the low hill behind the temple. Overnight in Monywa.

After breakfast, drive to Po Win hill to visit a sandstone cave in the Po Win Hill is a Buddhist cave complex located approximately 25 kilometers west of Monywa and 10 kilometers southeast of Yinmabin, Northern Burma (Myanmar). The name of the complex means Mountain of Isolated Solitary Meditation. The complex contains 947 small and large richly decorated caves.
Afterward, continue drive to Pakokku (2-hours’ drive) and visit enchanting Pakokku market, local cottage industries such as slipper making, and cheroot making workshops which are famous in Myanmar. Next, visit Shwe Gu Pagoda to observe an excellent and artistic arch-pediment which was made of five blocks of teak and inscribe with nine Buddhist stories. From here we visit the ancient Shwe Moke Taw Pagoda built in the 3rd Century B.C, located on the western bank of Ayeyarwady River which gives us a great view of the river. You will arrive at Bagan before sunset. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Bagan.

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour begins at colorful Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, and its magnificent golden stupa, Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decoration, Gubyaukgyi Temple, with superb mural paintings of jataka scenes. In the afternoon, visit Myinkaba Village and observe the process of the Traditional Lacquer ware Industry one of Myanmar’s best-known handicrafts. Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple with four impressive standing Buddha images. Thabinnyu Temple, the highest temple in Bagan, Dhammayangyi Temple noted for its remarkable brickwork.
In the late afternoon, transfer to the jetty and get on your private wooden boat to enjoy the gorgeous sunset moment on the Irrawaddy River. Afterward, back to the hotel or you may wish to drop off at the local restaurant. Overnight in Bagan.

After breakfast at the hotel, head to Mount Popa (58 km and 1.5 hours’ drive away from Bagan); an extinct volcano with its shrines dedicated to animist spirits known as “Nats”. For the energetic, time to climb up the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the volcanic plug.
Afterward, proceed to Salay; a town which develops during the late Bagan area. Enjoy lunch at Sale River View Restaurant. After lunch, walking in the old city, visit some old colonial houses, Maha Zaydikyi Pagoda with 2 giant lions at the entrance facing to the Ayeyarwaddy River and 150 years old wooden Thanana Yaung Kyi monastery for a short conversation with a friendly monk. After that visit the biggest bamboo Buddha in Myanmar from the Bagan Period. And continue to Yoke Sone Monastery for the best wood carvings from the 19th Century. Afterward, drive back to Bagan. Enroute stop at village cottage industry to learn the regional product as well as to watch the collection of juice from the palm trees, and its conversion to brown sugar Afterward, back to the hotel or you may wish to drop off at the local restaurant. Overnight in Bagan.
